While our products for skin maintenance or treatment might take a few days to show results on the customer's skin, for others it may take up to a month for any noticeable improvements. Our products are customized and derived from natural ingredients, so give it time to show results. We ask that customers wait up to a month or more for noticeable improvements, for skin maintenance products. It may take three months for noticeable results for skin treatment products.

By purchasing our products, you agree that you will follow the usage instructions for at least a month before expecting preliminary results. If you haven't used our products for up to a month, please do not call us to complain. 

Buma Shana provides great aftercare service and will accompany you on your skincare journey to revitalizing your skin. Note that all payments are non-refundable. Any purchase made to Buma Shana is not a subscription, so if your products finish before your treatment or desired skin color is achieved, you need to purchase the products again and continue using it to achieve desired results. The products sold can neither be returned nor exchanged. 

You equally agree that the images, videos, audios, comments, written texts, and other content that you submit to us are not confidential information and might be used on our social media sites. If you do not wish so, please let us know. You agree to have written consent or permission of any third party identifiable in the content that you share and take responsibility for such content. 

By creating an account with Buma Shana, you agree that all information that you provide are true and accurate and that Buma Shana reserves the right to terminate your account in case we suspect any false or inappropriate information, and to suspend you of any future use of our website.

Prices of our products are subject to change at any time. By purchasing, you do approve that Buma Shana charge you the said amount for the product(s) chosen, on your chosen payment method. The company reserves the right to refuse sales or processing of our products to suspicious accounts or all accounts associated with fraud or illegal activities.

Buma Shana products will only be available in the locations provided by the company, and may be purchased for personal use only. Our products may not be sold nor resold by any individual or company. Be aware of knock offs. Only purchase products from the locations provided by the company.
